Softellar designed and delivered an innovative app solution for Commercial Capital Group LLC, providing real estate enterprise app development services on Microsoft technologies stack, with a strong focus on user engagement and a seamless digital experience. The team used a microservices architecture to build the solution, which allowed to develop and deploy services that could be scaled independently. We also used Docker and Kubernetes to containerize and manage the microservices. The solution was deployed in Azure Kubernetes on Linux machines to ensure high availability and scalability of the solution.

We used Angular as the frontend technology to provide a modern and responsive user interface. The frontend was hosted in Azure CDN to ensure great performance.

Microservices-Based Architecture

The platform was built as a set of independent services - client onboarding, loan management, asset tracking, and analytics - deployed via Kubernetes on Azure. This structure allows seamless scaling, faster updates, and helps establish security boundaries for individual services.

Secure Identity Management with Azure AD

The system integrated with Azure Active Directory for authentication and authorization. It supports role-based access controls for clients, admins, lenders, and support staff, ensuring secure and compliant access to sensitive financial data.

Responsive Web Portal

A single-page application (SPA) developed with Angular provides a rich interface with intuitive interactions for both internal users and external clients. It was optimized for desktop and mobile use and distributed via Azure CDN for high availability and low latency.

Data Management Layer

While each service operates independently within its own domain, a shared Azure SQL Database was used as a single source of truth for operational data. Logical separation was maintained through schema design and API boundaries, ensuring data integrity without compromising modularity.

The architecture supports transactional consistency and enables future advanced features where needed (e.g., loan processing and asset tracking), while also simplifying centralized reporting and cross-service workflows.

Cloud-Native Infrastructure

Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) were used to containerize and orchestrate the system. The setup includes automated scaling, rolling updates, and CI/CD pipelines for consistent and secure releases.
