Responsibilities
- Lead the development of enterprise-grade .NET applications and microservices
- Architect and design scalable, maintainable software solutions
- Mentor and guide a team of junior and mid-level developers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications
- Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices implementation
- Drive technical decisions and evaluate new technologies and frameworks
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience with .NET Framework/.NET Core
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and Web API development
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework, and database design
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
- Leadership experience and ability to mentor team members
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and other Azure services
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB)
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, Angular)
- Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture
- Knowledge of security best practices and authentication protocols
- Experience with performance optimization and monitoring
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
